Interview
I was after a mid-level/senior role, but was contacted for a Lead role. Initially declined to proceed, but was told that I'd be levelled, and if not Lead-level, would be short-listed for future open Senior roles.. Initial interview was the in-house recruiter screen. First questions was to confirm CV details, explain the role, salary expectations, etc. Then there were ten behavioural-type questions, which I passed. Was subsequently notified that I wasn't successful, as I lacked Lead experience (which wasn't unexpected).

Interview
Three interviews over about a week. First interview had three easy questions covering programming, logic and Object Oriented design. Second interview included an overview of a recent project, some behavioural and some technical questions. Third interview was around cultural fit. Everything felt very easy and nothing was particularly challenging.
