Initial phone conversation and email conversations to arrange subsequent interviews. First round technical Teams meeting with 2 senior developers. Given a technical problem to solve, and asked to produce code to demonstrate the solution in code. The simple online editor supplied was not ideal for the task. This was followed by some discussion around my technical background. The second round interview was an in-person meeting at their Edinburgh offices. This was conducted by two senior consultants. A couple of days before the interview, I was given a project outline and asked to prepare a presentation to deliver at the interview. After delivering the presentation, I was then asked about my consultancy experience.
