Internal vacancy using a HR Template interviewing questions. You are suppose to get feed back if you were unsuccessful in the post but this is done in a very hap hazard way depending on the interviewer some many occasions they don't bother telling you that the job given to someone else so you can be left some time several weeks of not knowing that someone else has the job.
