Quick and easy, fairly informal. After a fairly extensive application (sample article,etc) the interview was simple. I interviewed with the digital editor and she was really warm. The whole process took 3 weeks.

They asked my background in writing/editing. Wanted to know how I would handle certain situations like dealing with difficult people or how would I manage my time. Overall told me the outline of the job and wanted to know if I could handle it.
