We want to reassure candidates that applications are carefully reviewed (by humans) throughout our hiring process. Our Talent team conducts initial screening conversations to better understand experience, motivations and alignment with the role before progressing candidates through further stages with hiring managers. This approach is designed to ensure candidates have an opportunity to discuss the role early in the process, rather than being assessed on CVs alone.
That said, we recognise that recruitment processes can sometimes feel disappointing, particularly in competitive hiring markets where we receive a high volume of applications.
