Interview
You get introduced to the firm's director of talent strategy by indulging in a brief conversation talking about backgrounds. You get some insight over the firm and its environment. You then move on to more technical based interviews scheduled later with the core leaders of the firm that usually involve having some partners on the panel to discuss some accounting/tax related scenarios to assess your skill level.
