Unprofessional, as fistly they were looking for remote employee, i cleared all 3 rounds, after a week there was no response from SSI HR, there was no option of signing bonuses, no 6 months hike, no Incentive structure, no annual Bonuses, as per their HR, their management does not implement this. salary discussion was started from 65k n ended on 55k. I agree with this and then they are telling we are now looking for onsite candidate.Hence to me this unprofessional by the management.In all this i appreciate HR efforts Satyam here who was the my POC of HR
