It's is good..it's casual interview as per other companies..nothing is special...no need for formal dress as it's self employment you can work from home or will go to office as per you want

After a few introductory emails with staff and brief phone conversations, I met a few employees. I shared my course work portfolio of relevant assignments and samples from larger group projects. We discussed my motivations and what types of work the firm is engaged in. I shared insights from my research of the firm and asked further questions about the future of the industry.

Question 1
Describe a challenging team situation and how you handled it.
A very standard interview setup. They had a phone screen and then moved to a phone interview and then in person interview. The interviewers were well spoken and easy to talk to.
The questions were simple forward and I was able to answer all of them and have a discussion about my strengths and weaknesses. I recommend you prepare for the interview by learning about the company.
