Initial quick phone call interview.
Pleasant first interview mainly regarding technical skills e.g how would you improve a PPC campaign to optimise budget.
Second interview was a case study (very tedious task with spreadsheet of sales, return costs, ad costs) asked to find improvements in areas of revenue and how would I improve the figures (something an admin or accountant should be looking at in my opinion)
I think they’ll lose out on a lot of talent in areas of performance marketing, ad creativity and ambitious individuals with boring numerical calculator tasks like that.
