There were "two" interviews. The first is with the corporate recruiter. They'll get in touch with you and ask you a few questions to get a general idea of your background to see if you'd be a good fit for the position. Then, if they like what you tell them they will refer you to the hiring manager for a face to face interview. The final round interview will consist of a series of questions including; day to day job scenarios, business ethics, overall personality based along with past performances, etc. If you preform well & can hold an honest conversation they usually get back to you with an offer a week later.
