I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Senior Response (Solihull, England)
Interview
The interview was very personable and friendly, they got a good understanding of my work ethic and introduced me to the team and gave me some time to sit with some of the staff to get a feel for the business to see if we were compatible should I be successful at the interview (I was)

Question 1
Talk me though your employment history and experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Senior Response (Solihull, England) in Jun 2018
Interview
The interviewer was 10-15 minutes late even though I was 10 minutes early and they knew I had arrived. This would be fine if they got stuck at a meeting or on a call, but then they said "sorry, I finished my lunch, I hope I don't smell like tuna". They then chewed on mint through the whole interview. After having spent 40 minutes driving there and 25 minutes waiting I wasn't asked any role specific questions, wasn't asked too many questions in general either, I could feel the lack of interest, and the whole interview - including the tour around the office - lasted 20 minutes. They offered the job to someone else, who I'm guessing they had already interviewed before me, based on how it all went down. The whole process was highly unprofessional, after all that I'm not sure if I would have wanted to work for them anyway, if they cannot handle an interview professionally what else can they not?
