      Pros

      I have worked here for over a year and a half, it is very flexible, we have a work family here so the environment is amazing!!!, lovely people, caring management, we have lots of nights out and it is very different to anywhere I have worked before, I love it here.

      Cons

      Not the best pay but the work life balance makes up for it.

      Pros

      Free Parking, free tea and coffee, lovely people, friendly and understanding managers, nice modern surroundings, always lively and busy, learning new things encouraged and acted upon. flexible, extra hours usually available if you want them.

      Cons

      Only money really but then you can't have everything
