Three step process. Company cares a lot about their work place culture. They can teach technical, but the people they hire has to fit in. Be real or you will not like working there. Open honest communication is the key.

Three part interview; first with hiring manager, another with two hiring managers, and lastly one with the owner of the company. Background check, reference check, and drug screen. First interview didn’t ask about work experience or educational background. Interviewer was thirty minutes late to the interview he had gone to lunch.
