I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ServiceRocket (Kuala Lumpur) in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied to the company posting through LinkedIn. The same day I received a short questionnaire to fill, and after 10 days I heard back, and we scheduled a Skype interview. The interview was a short conversation followed by a practical assignment that took me around 3-4 hours to complete. After that I received an email with some technical questions related to my implementation, and we scheduled a "meet the team" interview. The interview was good, the interviewer knew what he's doing, and the difficulty was adequate while also giving an idea of what day-to-day work would look like.
In the end I decided to go with a different company partly because of ServiceRocket's inability to come up with an offer in a timely fashion despite the management being keen on having me. I was kept informed during the whole process, and supposedly my situation was an exception, and other candidates should expect it to be different so I don't think it should discourage you.
I also visited the office during my stay in Kuala Lumpur, and really liked everyone, highly recommend despite few bumps.
