Interview
There was a personality profile, a test on math and basic english, a test on how to draw a system, then a peer interview and a senior staff interview. Overall the staff interviews were very straight forward and the least stressful interviews i've ever done as they focused on the job rather than that one time i provided customer service to a difficult customer.

This is a different culture than at a lot of companies. Some people can't handle the accountability and the conflict. Can you handle it?
