Singular assessment centre for the Graduate scheme with a group task and individual interview. Less focused on technical competency and more on potential and alignment with company values. Overall a relaxed atmosphere.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Severn Trent in Feb 2022

Question 1
What is your greatest strengths? Name a time where you have been outside of your comfort zone?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Severn Trent (Coventry, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
The application process was straightforward and the assessment centre (the final stage) was simply a one-on-one interview followed by a group task. At the end of the day we were told we would receive a phone call within a couple weeks for feedback, regardless of the outcome.
After 4 weeks without any phone call, I emailed to enquire and was told I had been sent an email 2 weeks prior, which I did not receive. The email was then supposedly resent at least twice but nothing came through and my correspondence was ignored.
Therefore I have received no formal notice of the outcome and no feedback, which was especially disappointing given the friendly, helpful impression they gave off during the earlier stages and even at the assessment centre.
