Absolutely awful online portal. Applied multiple times with absolutely no response or update? I even emailed multiple times with no updates. Don’t waste your time! They won’t even contact you back.
Started with an interview lasting for about an hour, followed by a group activity to assess your teamwork skills, which lasted for half an hour.
Was quite straightforward, and the interviewers were really helpful.

Why do you think you want to work at Severn Trent?
Easy interview, I had to make a technical presentation and then was asked basic competency questions. There was no online assessment or video interview required. Received offer after 2 weeks of interview
