Screening call from HR, then phone call from Hiring manager. Then technical recruiter called. Company completely changed direction without notice before a scheduled panel interview and technical recruiter asked questions that didn't line up with the job. The whole experience felt unprofessional at best, and I felt glad that it ended as a result.
