The interview process was very smooth and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The interviewers were probably from HR and supply chain. The interview consisted of basic questions that we encounter during any interview regardless of the nature of company. No technical questions were asked.
- 1) Walk me through your resume. 2) Tell me your three strengths and three weaknesses. 3) How do you think you are the best fit for the role?

Overall good experience. I was asked to go through the CV. Then, I had to explain the counter questions that were asked. Moreover, I was asked about my Internship as well.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Rāwalpindi
I applied online. I interviewed at Shan Foods (Rāwalpindi) in Apr 2019
Bad Experience; No one was prepared to ask any relevant questions. Q: Give us the whole marketing strategy of a new product! Seriously. Who asks questions like these? They should really train their staff to ask relevant questions
- Pathetic Experience; No one was prepared to ask any relevant questions. Q: Give us the whole marketing strategy of a new product! Seriously. Who asks questions like these? They should really train their staff to ask relevant questions

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Shan Foods (Sharjah) in Nov 2017
It was not so difficult, they took three round of interview, and asked related to my field questions, i could answer almost all questions, and they were make me comfort first and they give me permission to talk what language is more comfortable for me. So overall experience was nice.
- what is inventory management ? how we can manage inventory ? what is end to end supply chain ? ho can we calculate labor efficiency and productivity ?

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Shan Foods in Apr 2013
They initially send out letters to universities - you can score interviews easily on contacting the HR Department too though. A simple test followed by a panel interview with a HOD, immediate boss and HR AM. This is followed by another interview with GM HR. A final interview is then with the COO (more of a formality) Nothing difficult or hard - just be yourself and don't ask weird questions which are considered unacceptable everywhere
- A few technical questions but nothing exactly difficult - just know the basics of the field you are applying in

Anonymous Employee in Karāchi
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Shan Foods (Karāchi) in Mar 2011
It was a panel interview by HR, Line manager and GM. Line manager starts with a review on my education and ask some question regarding my major courses. GM SC asked some bookish and some technical questions, It was very difficult to deal with GM any how I managed my self. HR asked their typical questions like your strengths & Weaknesses, where you see yourself in next 5 years etc. My advice to other candidates is to be confident, be natural don't be fake, first think then say, keep a smile on your face and most importantly stay clam.
- If we are burning chilli on 48 to 52 degree and unfortunately it burned in 55 and went to end consumer and luckily consumers respond positively then what we have to do now??? Whether to keep it on 55 or back to our standards??
