I mostly dealt with a recruiter but the overall process was great and they worked with me well. I did two phone interviews, but other people I talked to who worked there did phone and face to face interviews.
A little lengthy on the application for you to hear a response. Went through about 3 interviews over the course of 3 weeks, meeting with the supervisor followed by some colleagues I would be working with

A 45 minute interview with lots of how would you respond to a member. Nice interview and still waiting to hear back. I went with a staffing agency to get the interview.
Received a call from a recruiter. Quickly scheduled an interview-lasted approximately 30 minutes. Interview went well. Easy questions one question involving motivational interviewing. Overall, interview went smooth, interviewers were nice and friendly.
