Many, many hours on the phone - felt like unpaid consulting. Owner talks a lot about "teamwork" and collaboration, but soon after taking the job it became clear that his idea of teamwork is like being on a sled dog team - he rides the sleigh and barks the orders, the rest of the team pulls. Should have known not to take the job when they put me up in a filthy cheap hotel for the interview.
