I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Shea Properties (Laguna Niguel, CA) in Sep 2025
Interview
Recruiter reached out, phone interview. Then in person interview with manager. Ghosted and didn't hear back for 2 weeks. Messaged the recruiter for an update-30 min later "we went with other candidates" automated email was sent to me. Asked for feedback, no reply. Classic recruiter commission waste of time.
There are are quite a few interviews to go through to find the right fit but everyone is transparent. The interview questions are pretty normal and they do ask detailed questions but the environment was comfortable and laid back. Overall a good experience.
