There was a written paper to test your grasp on physics. After that there was an interview with a person from the human resource department. Following that there was an interview with two people from the technical team.

Started with a test paper with questions including bending moment and stress for cantilever and beams. With no formulas given, it was a hit and miss thing since we're not trained to memorize such stuff as we're moving to an age where formulas can be easily googled. The actual interview was pretty easy sharing session with 3 interviewers asking questions regarding interests, skills which is suitable for the position or past experiences.
