Interview was a joke. Met with the CEO who clearly had not read my resume prior to the interview. We spent a lot of time silently with him reading a printout of my resume. He asked me a couple of questions regarding my experience with some of the types of tech his company sells, which I did not have, and which my resume indicated I did not have. He then pumped me for the names of my prior managers, which was very uncomfortable for me.

Interview
This was by far the most unprofessional interview I have ever had in my life. I met directly with the CEO, who showed up late. After 5 minutes, I called him asking if we were still on (per the invite instructions) and he then joined me on the platform to meet.
I work for a similar company currently, and it became clear within a minute that he was more interested in gathering competitive intelligence than wanting to interview me for the role.
He hammered on asking me why other people had left my current company when I mentioned turnover. (I said I cannot answer that.)
He asked me how much money I make there. (Illegal to ask in the state of Massachusetts, where I reside.) When I didn't answer him, he revised the question to how much I was looking to earn.
He told me he felt my current company was "infringing on his patents". I didn't respond. He asked me if he should take my company more seriously. I said I couldn't respond.
Very few questions were actually about me and my work, and as soon as I answered, he would pivot back to another inappropriate question or comment about my current company.
I am beyond disgusted.

Interview
I had 2 interviews with the CEO. The first went very well. The 2nd interview included his Managing Director. The CEO was really strange on the 2nd interview, which he insisted be on a Saturday morning!
I asked him a question and he didn't answer it. I thought he was odd and passive aggressive. I did not get an offer and I definitely dodged a bullet.
