I applied, but they tend to hire in waves so it took a couple of weeks for them to get back to me. They emailed me and we set up a time for me to come in. They have you do a typing test, a computer literacy test (it's short and pretty simple; pretty much just seeing if you know keyboard shortcuts), and a personality test (asking if you steal from employers). After that you speak with HR and they ask a few basic questions (why do you want to work here, why would you be good at it, etc). I heard back from them within 20 minutes of leaving the interview. This is all done through the company, but they hire through a temp agency so within a certain amount of time around the interview you also have to go take a drug test and fill out some paperwork with the temp agency.
