Had a phone call interview whereby HR asked to understand about my background. Also asked about my transcript, believe that shopee is quite particular on grades while hiring. But HR personnel was friendly

HR inteview, technical assessment, manager interview, head of SPX interview. They test things like Python and SQL. Overall it was an unprofessional experience. The last interview was 10 minutes late to a 30 minute interview (that's 1/3 the total interview) and didn't apologise then ended it early. She also didn't seem interested at all during the interview. The HR and interviewers will also lie and tell you not to worry and that you did well but then reject you. They're not very serious about their interviewees and don't respect their time and seem to give you false hope all the way to the end when they finally have to make a decision. Can't even be bothered to send a rejection email until I email them repeatedly
