Applied online, get contacted by the recruiter weeks/months later. Overall it was a positive experience. The recruiter was really friendly and helpful. There are quite a bit of steps in the interview. 1. Phone screening: I was asked about my experience, achievement I was proud of, and also tell me a bit about the company and the interview process. The recruiter here was really friendly as well. 2. GMAT test: This was the hard part for me. The questions were all data sufficiency type, which took multiple steps just to solve each question. I only managed to answer about 2/3 of it so I didn't think I passed; but the recruiter contacted me about a day later and apparently I passed to the next round. 3. Case study: I was given a task to create a new product/feature and create 3 deliverables (full PRD document, test scenario sheet, and presentation deck to stakeholders). The deadline was 2 days. This step was not difficult, but feature planning with this fidelity in short amount of time just for the interview was too much for my taste. Even other unicorns I applied to didn't ask this much from their candidates. Few days later they contacted me to inform that I passed to the next step. 4. User interview: Only took about 30 minutes since the interviewer was late and had to go for another meeting (must be really busy there). Most of the interview questions were case studies. Here are what came up in my session. - Suppose you are building an elevator system for 100 stories office building. What are the metrics you want to measure? The next question will depends on your conversation. In my case I was proposing several ways to improve the total wait & travel time, which led the conversation to clustered (different elevator for different floor group) and unclustered elevator system. The interviewer then asked my is there a situation where the unclustered system is better? Etc. - What are 3 most used app in your phone? Which lead to the next session where the interviewer asked me to propose idea for the app, discuss on what metrics to track, etc. After user interview they didn't contact me again.

Had a great overall interview experience. The HR was incredibly warm and approachable — communication was smooth and she made me feel at ease right from the start. The second-round interviewer was equally friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the conversation. The whole process felt well-organized and respectful of the candidate's time.
