It was good. The interviewer was nice. It is the usual experience check and he or she asked or check my proficiency in using the Excel program. She also gave tips on what I should need to research and work on for the next level of interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Shopee in Feb 2022
Interview
depends how many interview rounds you'll undergo. For me, it took a total of 2 rounds only: HR and then hiring manager. Last round of interview can be a panel or one on one type of interview.
The interview went really smoothly and i had a very positive experience. I had to go through 3 interviews, one with HR and 2 with people in operations. They all asked about previous experience and why I wanted to apply for this role.
