Interview
Shopee puts you in a few of rounds of interviews, at least for a position like this. I went through an HR interview, a group interview, and a final interview with the role's supervisor. The interviews themselves were pretty pleasant, everyone I talked too was always very nice and accommodating as well, and the questions seemed pretty objective. What didn't go so well for me were the logistics, since Shopee tend to schedule really sudden interviews (told on the day of the interview, even one just an hour before) and there was also an instance of the interviewer cancelling ten minutes before. It gave off the feeling that the system was a bit messy.

HR was late for interview, first question was asking about qualifications which was supposed to be screened/clarified before intiating the video interview. Interview lasted 2 minutes. Please train your HR as the candidate expeirence was so bad.
