Did a take-home test and interviewed with HR and PM. One of the question was how would I deal with a team that is majority Chinese speaking (I don't understand Chinese). Big red flag.
And of course, the one accepted was a friend from mainland China who isn't very fluent in English.

How would you deal with a team that is majority Chinese speaking, if you don't understand Chinese.
Had a great overall interview experience. The HR was incredibly warm and approachable — communication was smooth and she made me feel at ease right from the start. The second-round interviewer was equally friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the conversation. The whole process felt well-organized and respectful of the candidate's time.

Interview
The hiring level was friendly and open to discussion. Passed the first two rounds with the senior and team lead. Very nice 2-way discussion during the interview. Oddly, HR was the last round and I didn't hear back thereafter. The HR looked a bit distracted when I was speaking.
There are 3 interviews in totoal. The first two interviews are hiring manager interview. And the last interview is hr interview. The interviewer is strict and talkative. They like interactive style
