Typical interview with the HR dept first then team leader of the respective department you are trying to join. You may have a test on your abilities depending on the job role
First round was a phone call interview with the HR. Second round is via email where they will have an online "assignment" to test your aptitude. Third round is another online aptitude test. I never got past the third round.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Shopee (Ho Chi Minh City) in May 2024

Nicely done. Close follow up and quick result. Although could be a bit manipulative when it comes to address current salary. The onboard process quite short and newbie is expected to be quick in improvising during interview process
