Hiring process started with a personality test, two short phone interviews, then an in person interview. All questions were basic and interviews were easy. They didn't ask much and there were no unexpected questions. They did more explaining about the position than anything else.

Interview
The best way to get an initial interview is through a current employee referral. If you get one, then expect a phone interview with the corporate recruiter out of Raleigh, NC. A follow-up interview may be granted to the Regional Manager. The corporate recruiter was an absolute blast to talk to about the jobopportunity. She was honest & open about the job & expectations. She readily shared with me the struggles that the company has had & that other sales reps have had.
