Interview process is moderate compared to the consulting firms. There was no case study in the initial round with manager. Second round had a case study more like to know my understanding about the situation.

Invited for a first interview via phone call. Call with the HR and a Senior manager not related to the role to access the candidate. Unclear expectations from the hiring side on what they wanted from the candidate.
