After the screening interview, I experienced a lack of follow-up communication. The recruiter, who appeared to be new, seemed to require guidance during the interview, and I found myself leading the conversation. Despite sending follow-up emails, I did not receive any response. To the hiring team: I urge you to treat candidates with respect and consideration. The job search process is already challenging, and being ghosted only adds to the difficulty.

Solid interview process with a gated approach. Initial interview followed up by additional peer interviews. Include a role play in the process. Overall it was a thorough and detailed process.
