Signify Procurement Commodity Manager interview questions

Was informed that this position can work remotely before attending interview, was informed that interview was smooth and interviewer satisfied with the interview adn will arrange 2nd interview soon, however direction change after first interview, where working remotely is not acceptable. The company does not make proper definition before engaging with interviewee, this reflect that company direction can anytime change when being employed, disappointing arrangement and lack of professionalism
