i went for a written test and face to face interview with the managing editor, after a week i got a call from the HR that i have been shortlisted and can join from the next week
Easy interview. I applied through a job portal. After a couple of days got a call to take up an online test. The test went on for about 2-3 hours. After I submitted, I got a call saying there will be a telephonic interview. After a week or so I got a call from SiliconIndia headquarters.

A small written test, which will test your writing abilities as well as your grammar. If you're selected, you will be called for a Face-to-face interview on the same day. The face-to-face interview, you're asked questions about your self and your interests as well as your future goals. You get the results on the same day.

Interview was easy. They provide a tech website and ask you to write about the company- what it does, its history, products solutions and how it has changed customers' lives. You build it and you are in. Later part was the grammar test and you are in.
