I Initially spoke to them over phone and it was not a very formal conversation. my demographic details and the company and job profile were discussed. I had an a round of interview focusing on my previous work experience, willingness to take up the role and the job profile. The final interview was a face to face interview which statred with a detaied introduction about the company profile and processes. It was also about my work experience. Communication seemed transaprent it was a positive interview.
