There are multiple rounds in the process. Call with the HR, the clinical supervisor, the psychological head, The CEO. You are checked on your theoretical knowledge and presentation skills as well.

I Initially spoke to them over phone and it was not a very formal conversation. my demographic details and the company and job profile were discussed. I had an a round of interview focusing on my previous work experience, willingness to take up the role and the job profile. The final interview was a face to face interview which statred with a detaied introduction about the company profile and processes. It was also about my work experience. Communication seemed transaprent it was a positive interview.
