Started off talking with the recruit about my self and what i know about the company. asked questions on my skills and knowledge of the industry and if it fits. moved on after to meet with the owner of the entire company
Very easy going, meet with owner, vice president and manager. Interview process took about a week or so to get done and, when i informed my other employer that i had gotten a new job and put my 2 weeks in, that other employer fired me that day, i called up Chris (manager at Simple Logistics) and asked if i could start ahead of my initial start date and he was perfectly ok with that and i started 2 weeks early.
