I had a positive experience with the individuals I interviewed with and found the conversations engaging and professional. The role itself was interesting, and the interviewers were thoughtful and knowledgeable.
My concern is with the communication process. I completed three rounds of interviews, invested significant time preparing, and also completed a cognitive assessment. After my final interview, communication stopped entirely. Multiple follow-up emails requesting a status update went unanswered.
I fully understand that not every candidate will receive an offer, and I have no issue with being declined if another candidate is a better fit. What I do expect is basic professional courtesy and closure after investing substantial time in a multi-stage interview process.
Based on other reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated experience. I hope the company reviews its candidate communication process because it does not reflect well on an otherwise positive interview experience.
