The process took one week, had interview with CEO, Technical manager and HR person. The experience was the best I have ever had, you can tell they care about their employees and they give advice during the interview.

Interview
The interview focused mainly on my old jobs, and it would gradually move towards how much I got paid. The CEO was pretty interested in what my university co-op list was and how many places I had applied too.
The interviewer (also the CEO) told me that I was not they type of person to be a PHP developer and should switch careers. The whole interview experience felt rude and condescending. I dodged a bullet with this one. This company should not be on the co-op list at any university. The whole interview experience felt very sketchy.
