I was contacted by HR to arrange a first online meeting. The interviewer was very disinterested and just asked me some very basic and generic questions and barely talked herself for the role or the company. In the end she tried to close the interview without leaving any room for questions which I had to interrupt and ask. After that she contacted me after work hours to arrange a meeting with the team lead for the following day which I accepted. She sent me the invitation email and I noticed that me and her were the only people involved. I figured it must have been a process thing and the team lead had received the invitation internally. So I jumped in the call waited a good 15 minutes and nobody joined.. I contacted the hr person and she responded ~30 mins later and told me that for some reason the team lead didn't receive the invitation.. I was understanding since mistakes like that can happen.. She rearranged the call (with the team lead in the email too this time). The team lead was a nice guy we had a good conversation and he described the role well, overall it was a good interview and I had a good feeling that we would proceed to a next technical one.. I didn't receive any communication for 4+ weeks and I contacted the hr person for any new updates on my application. She responded with a vague "the team lead hasn't decided yet which candidate will proceed to the next stage" and that she will contact me after some time to inform me on the final result. After that I believe an extra 1.5 months passed for me to get a proper rejection, I strongly suspect it's because I was applying from another eu country for Sweden. Overall very unprofessional and a waste of time. Dont get your hopes up for this company it looks very disorganized and the process is broken
