They had me go through NINE interviews only to not make an offer. I was a few months from graduating college so I figure they were stringing me along for a while to see if they found anyone with more experience in that timeframe. It was really obvious since they had me interview with people who had no reason to be talking to me just so that they could stretch out the time and wait for a more experienced candidate - which they clearly found. They had me interview with random people, such as their CMO, who definitely was confused why he needed to talk to me. He was completely unengaged and it ended up being a pointless conversation. That's really awful hiring practice and left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I'm glad that it ended up not going anywhere because I found another job that I absolutely love. I've had the opportunity to do way more than I would've done in their silly LDR job that pretty much anyone who can string together a sentence could do. It seems like their product is great, but their business-side people were a lot of pretty faces with very little depth.
