The hiring process took over 3 months and included 3 phone interviews, 2 in person and 1 business case presentation with an Operations Director, a couple of would-be peers, and a recruitment leader.
At a certain point they asked to answer online technical knowledge tests regarding Supply Chain and Demand Management, besides the standard personality test.
