      Technical Sourcer Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Skillz (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2015

      Interview

First I had a phone interview with the head of recruiting, and then it took him close to two weeks to set up the onsite interview.at the onsite, I first was given a sourcing test and asked to use their computer and access my tools that way. I then met with two jr. recruiters and then the lead recruiter. The entire onsite interview took close to 3 hours. Overall the conversation was very good. The questions and the conversation with the jr recruiters was low level, but the conversation with the lead seemed very comfortable and high level. I was told that I was going to be brought in to meet me CEO in the next week and that we would have further conversation from there. I NEVER HEARD BACK. I sent a few emails, requesting information but never even got a generic email telling me I didn't get the role. I was lost and thrown to the side as if my onsite never happened.
