1. Screening interview via phone with the hiring manager, very nice and were quick to follow up.
2. Video call interview with the Lead Designer, she was lovely, and we had a great interview, it felt more like a conversation.
The 3rd stage would've been to do a design task and then present it, but when I followed up with an email they said they had decided to hire internally.

The hiring team was very professional and transparent throughout the process. There seems to be some difficulty launching their EU branch, since negotiations have been stalled due to legal delays.
