Interview
I applied through LinkedIn for the Account Manager position and I was contacted for the screening process which was a 1:1 with the HR. There were no expectations set, but I assumed it would be the typical 'get to know you' and qualifying questions. The HR was late to the call without even dropping a note about it. The interview was pretty scripted, she was reading out from a list of questions without really hearing me out. I did answers all of her questions to her point she felt we should skip some since I pretty mentioned everything. Since there was an AI note recorder she pretty much worked on autopilot mode. It felt very robotic, not really conversational. She informed me of the hiring process and what the next steps would be, however 2 days later I was informed through workday that I did not go through to the next round without any feedback. Emailed her for one, didn't hear back either.
