The company has a very structured and fast way to interviewing. All interviewers have to populate a scoring matrix and after the interviews have taken place, there is a meeting in which they discuss their scores and the candidates. You are asked to respond to questions using the STAR methodology and questions are of the 'give an example where...' type.
