Interview
The process took 4 months which involved in total 6-7 rounds of interviews. First, HR round, followed by 2-3 technical rounds and then 2-3 culture round to see if the candidate is the right fit for the culture. Very detailed and supportive interviewer.

How to increase the activation rate of the platform
Not so impressed.
The interviewer seems not fully prepared for the interview, asking for my CV during the call which was sent a few days before the interview.
Standard and Routine question, some of the questions are so text-book and old style.

The process started out with a phone interview with HR, followed by an hour long skype interview with an executive, focussing on the compatiablity of skills and small case studies provided by them.
