Go in room. They make you write and email to someone teaching them how to print a document step by step. They ask how you deal with difficult situations/customers. They ask about your prior work history.
No salary was shared until an offer was extended, and it was far below market rate for the same role in the same industry. Please be upfront with your candidates.

Tell me about a difficult customer and how you approached them.
The interview was normal, you will have multiple interviews with multiple people. The process is not super intimidating, people are friendly, the building is really nice . Quick responses and good communication from the interview.
